With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located in Gurugram, SSPPL enables efficient production, faster logistics, and reliable service across key industrial hubs. Unit 1, located in the Behrampur Industrial Area, spans 40,000 sq. ft. of built-up area and supports core compounding and production operations. Unit 2, spread across more than 90,000 sq. ft., is designed to ensure smooth, controlled workflows from raw material handling to compounding, testing, and final dispatch.

Both facilities operate with dedicated compounding lines, controlled raw material storage, organised finished goods handling, and in-house testing laboratories. Advanced production systems include high-output twin screw extruders, single screw extruders, precision mixers, and specialised equipment capable of processing complex polymer blends and customised formulations. Operations follow disciplined 5S and safety practices to maintain a clean, efficient, and controlled manufacturing environment.
Supported by a team of skilled & technically qualified engineers, SSPPL maintains a robust installed capacity of 35,000 MT per annum, reinforcing the ability to meet large-scale requirements while maintaining consistent quality & reliability.
Quality & Process Control
Quality at SSPPL is embedded into every stage of operations through certified systems, strict process controls, and full material traceability. From raw material sourcing to final delivery, each step is monitored, tested, and validated to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and reliability. Supported by defined quality objectives and in-house testing capabilities, the company maintains high standards while continuously improving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Quality Management System
SSPPL operates under an IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, where quality requirements are integrated into every stage of material development & production. Quality is built into the process rather than inspected at the end, ensuring consistency, reliability, & compliance with customer specifications.
Material Traceability
Full traceability is maintained from raw material receipt through production, testing, & dispatch. Each batch is uniquely identified & supported by batch-specific documentation, ensuring traceability from raw material to finished goods & customer delivery. Retention samples are maintained for reference and investigation when required.
Process Control
Manufacturing is carried out using defined mixing standards & controlled process parameters. In-process inspections & final batch validation are conducted prior to dispatch to ensure material consistency & adherence to agreed technical specifications.

Testing & Validation
SSPPL maintains in-house testing facilities to support
material validation and batch release. All testing is conducted as per defined standards and customer requirements. Testing capabilities include:

Customer Complaint Handling
Customer feedback & complaints are addressed through a structured 8D & CAPA methodology, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness verification to prevent recurrence.
Change Management
Any formulation, raw material, or process change is managed through a formal change control system. Process Change Notifications (PCN) are issued to customers, and changes are implemented only after necessary approvals.
